Please read carefully before creating an account. By signing up for or using Thiệp Hồng you agree to all of the terms below.

In short: when you publish an invitation, you allow Thiệp Hồng to use its layout, photos and names as a template and to promote the service. You pay through the SePay gateway; each payment session is valid for 30 minutes, late payments still count, and duplicate or excess payments are refunded. Thiệp Hồng never publishes phone numbers, addresses, gift details, guest lists or guest wishes.
These terms are an agreement between you and Thiệp Hồng and apply to every account, invitation and transaction on Thiệp Hồng. By ticking the checkbox at sign-up you confirm you have read, understood and accepted them. The time and version of the terms you accepted are stored with your account.
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the service.
Thiệp Hồng provides tools to create online wedding invitations from ready-made templates or your own design, share them by link or QR code, and use features such as a guestbook, RSVP, photo album, background music and effects depending on your plan.
Thiệp Hồng may add, change or discontinue a feature. For features included in a plan you paid for, Thiệp Hồng will give notice and will not reduce what you bought for the remaining term of that plan.
You are responsible for accurate sign-up details and for keeping your password safe. Activity under your account is treated as yours.
Each account is for one person or couple; do not share, rent or sell accounts. Tell Thiệp Hồng immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, music, story and content you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them (including music copyright) and the consent of the people shown in your photos, including for the licence in section 5.
You are responsible for what you publish. Thiệp Hồng does not review content in advance but may remove infringing content under section 10.
When you publish an invitation, you grant Thiệp Hồng a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to copy, adapt (crop, resize, blur, replace content) and display the layout, photos, the couple's names and content of the published invitation in order to: (a) turn the layout into a template in the catalog for other users; (b) show it as an example on Thiệp Hồng's website, landing pages, social media and advertising.
Thiệp Hồng never publishes phone numbers, home addresses, bank details or gift QR codes, guest lists, RSVP answers or guest wishes. When a layout becomes a catalog template, real photos and names are replaced with sample content.
You can ask for your invitation to be removed from promotional channels at any time through the contact form on the Pricing page. Thiệp Hồng removes it from channels it controls within 7 business days; posts already shared by third parties may not be recoverable.
Thiệp Hồng offers a Free plan, paid plans and custom plans quoted individually. The features, limits (photos, views, invitations…), storage period and price of each plan are those listed on the Pricing page when you buy. Prices include applicable taxes, if any.
Paid plans and storage extensions take effect as soon as payment is confirmed. Extending an active plan adds to its current term. Plans do not renew or charge you automatically.
When a paid plan ends, the account returns to the Free plan: paid features stop applying and invitations above the Free limits are suspended until you renew or choose which ones to keep. An invitation whose storage has ended is no longer shown to guests; its data is kept so you can extend it. If Thiệp Hồng intends to permanently delete data of expired invitations, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
Thiệp Hồng takes payments through the SePay payment gateway (SePay Joint Stock Company). When you pay, you are taken to SePay's page to scan a QR code with any banking app or choose another method SePay offers. Thiệp Hồng does not receive or store your card or bank account details.
Each payment has its own order code (starting with WP) and is valid for 30 minutes. After that the payment expires; the order is kept and you can open a new payment session.
If you paid the correct amount but SePay confirms it after the session expired or after you cancelled, the transaction is still recorded and your plan activates automatically — don't pay again. If the amount received differs from the order price, the plan is not activated; Thiệp Hồng will check it and activate it by hand or refund you under section 8.
Thiệp Hồng may pause a payment method. Transactions already made through it are still processed in full.
Thiệp Hồng refunds the full amount when: you pay twice for an order that is already paid; you pay more than the order price (the difference is refunded); you pay a wrong amount and do not want the plan activated; or the service is unusable due to Thiệp Hồng's fault for more than 72 consecutive hours without a fix.
Outside these cases, activated plans are not refundable, even if you do not use the full term or all features.
Send refund requests through the contact form on the Pricing page with your account email and order code (starting with WP). Thiệp Hồng processes them within 7 business days and refunds to the bank account or method you paid with.
Thiệp Hồng collects and processes account details (name, email), invitation content and guest data (names, wishes, RSVP answers) only to provide the service, support you and carry out section 5. Thiệp Hồng does not sell personal data to third parties.
Guest data belongs to you. You are responsible for letting guests know that what they submit through your invitation is stored on Thiệp Hồng. Thiệp Hồng applies reasonable security measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access control), but no system is completely secure.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data under Vietnamese personal data protection rules through the contact form.
Do not post content that breaks Vietnamese law, infringes others' privacy, copyright or other rights, or is pornographic, violent, hateful, fraudulent, unlawful advertising or malicious; do not use Thiệp Hồng to send spam or collect data unlawfully.
When Thiệp Hồng finds a violation it may remove content, hide the invitation or suspend the account, and will notify you where possible. Serious violations are not refunded for the remaining term.
Thiệp Hồng works to keep the service available but does not promise it will never be interrupted, in particular during maintenance, outages at infrastructure providers or banks, or force majeure events.
Keep copies of your important photos and content. To the extent permitted by law, Thiệp Hồng is not liable for indirect damages, and Thiệp Hồng's total liability to you does not exceed what you paid Thiệp Hồng in the previous 12 months.
You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time through the contact form. Deletion removes your invitations and guest data permanently; fees paid for the remaining term are not refunded except as set out in section 8.
Thiệp Hồng may terminate accounts that breach these terms under section 10. Transaction records are kept for the period required by accounting law.
Thiệp Hồng may update these terms. New versions are published on this page with their version date, and you will be notified of significant changes before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; failing that, they are brought before the competent court in Vietnam.
